At SAVI iQ, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help!
Display License Subscriptions
- When you purchase a SAVI iQ Display License, you are granted a license to use SAVI iQ’s software through a recurring subscription (the “Display License Subscription”).
- At the time of order, you select the Display License Subscription duration and billing frequency (i.e., monthly or yearly).
- Display License Subscriptions are bought “as is,” and are available for immediate use. Display License Subscriptions are not eligible for returns, refunds, or trial periods. Once a Display License Subscription is purchased, you must cancel per the terms in this Policy.
- Your payment details will be stored securely, and the card on file will be charged monthly or annually, depending on your selection.
- Please keep your order confirmation email, as it will contain links to manage your Display License Subscription.
- Your Display License Subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of the selected term. For example, if you choose a monthly subscription, it will be renewed and charged monthly. Conversely, if you select an annual subscription, you will be renewed 365 days from the date of purchase.
- You may cancel the automatic renewal by following the links in your order confirmation email. To ensure you are not billed for the next Display License Subscription cycle, please cancel:
- At least 10 days before the end of a monthly subscription, or
- At least 30 days in advance of a yearly subscription.
- If you cancel your Display License subscription before the end of the current subscription period, you will not be credited for any unused time. For instance, if you selected annual billing and canceled in month 6, you will not receive a credit or refund for the remaining 6 months.
