Frequently Asked Questions
How do I buy licenses for a new system?
- Click "Add New Licenses" on the store homepage.
- Select either Monthly Display License (for monthly billing) or Annual Display License (for yearly billing).
- Choose the Project Size Range and Quantity (provided by your dealer on the Display License Worksheet).
- At checkout, enter your Project Name, Location, Dealer of Record, and Server ID, (provided by your dealer) along with your billing information.
- Done!
How do I add more licenses to an existing system?
If your project is already on recurring billing, do not purchase additional licenses through the store.
Instead, email displaylicenses@saviiq.com with the following details:
- Project Name
- Server ID
- Number of licenses to add
We’ll prorate the license cost for remaining time in your current term and update your plan accordingly. Your next billing plan will reflect the correct project size range. If the added licenses move your system into the next tier, the new tier pricing will apply.
How do I update my billing or payment info?
Click Manage My Licenses to open your license portal. From there you can update your payment information, view past billing, and upcoming payments.
What happens if my system grows?
No problem! You can add more licenses at any time.
